No. We're a club located in Montgomery County, Maryland. However, you do not need to pay the annual dues to communicate with club members by email or snail mail to trade stamps, get exhibits material, or learn about stamp collecting.

The club meets in the Gaithersburg High School cafeteria every second and fourth Thursdays from 7:30pm to 9:30pm.

Kids are always welcomed. Unfortunely Youth interests and stamp collecting seem to be in conflict. The club has an outreach program to instruct the youth how to collect stamps and to teach some of the collecting techniques used to all that are interested. RGSC works with the local post office, and at public events giving away thousands of stamps to kids to spark their interest in philately.

The club has quality stamp auctions for the members. Also, club members buy stamps and collections, or can help in disposing of collections. Please visit our meetings, or send us an email for assistance. Come visit us or leave an email for assistance. Club members always have extra stamps for sale at extremely low prices.
